the support for these vps's are pretty much nonexistent. the phone # is just an answering machine he never answers, you'll leave him 20 ims to describe your situation he'll leave you one im that says 'hi' and if you dont respond he doesnt even look into the vps he just walks away from the situation. very piss poor support.

That is a cPanel account on our offshore servers, not a VPS.

Sorry, but we do not allow Rapidleech do to the amount of system resources that it uses. In the past we had allowed this and it turned out to be a mistake on our part. I am not sure with the new version that is out on how it behaves, it might be more compact.
