For example would tiktok treat you the same when you use an iphone 8 as well as an iphone 15, since it gets your imei.
Also can the verification number for your apple id not be the same as the sim you put in the iphone (because you wont be activating it)

I'd say nothing older than iPhone 7 in general, but it's the SIM/ eSIM you're really gonna want to pay close attention to.

I am doing good with iphone 7/8 plus. Run tiktok on it and got no problem with targeting. For cheaper you can buy lock version. 7plus is just 70$

Iphone 7 is the minimum requirement. Anything older than that is considered outdated, and I'm not sure if you can use it.
