Hi, I want achieve this in wordpress
-Create a register/login page for users.
-Create a wordpress page where some users can post their content like pastebin and only they can edit their content but all user's content should be visible to all users in a page

Use wordpress multisite. I have created about a dozen multisite installations and they work well. You can control themes and plugin. It takes a new user less than 5 minutes to create a site on the platform.

Are you talking about different sites or only a page with texts? You can take a look at BuddyPress it has forum features.

You can do this with Advanced Custom Fields Pro and make it a code field.
Next, set the user roles for editing + publishing permissions and frontend control.
