How can I rank a highly niche blog website for the #1 spot for long and easy keyword with 3 words "x y z"?

I have the idea to buy a domain like "x-y-z.com" and name the website "x y z" and create 20 articles all with the keyword "xyz". Is this a good idea to rank for this keyword?

Three words is not very long and it will be super competitive probably.

Exact match domains help but don't rely solely on them. Google's evolved past simple exact match domains leading to automatic high rankings.

I do agree it helps initially but there are other factors also to be considered like On Page, Off Page and Content quality.
