How to find a good SMM Panel?

I'm looking to buy Followers, Shares, Likes & Comments for Twitter and Instagram but there are soooo many SMM Panels:

Pretty much all of them have good and bad reviews and i'm not trusting any of them.

How can i find one that
1. Does not take my money and run
2. Does not get me banned on the Social Media Platforms
3. Does not steal my credit card information

Will a Neteller Virtual Prepaid Card work? (That would at least fix point 3)

I'm not looking for crazy numbers just about 20k Followers.

I see that many actually accept paypal. I guess i will just try one or a few with small orders until i find a good one.

In my opinion to find a good SMM panel, check what other people say about it and see if it has the features you need. Stay away from ones that have really cheap prices or bad reviews.

I feel like that's the way. Get some suggestions here and try out a few with small amounts. You'll see what their profiles look like, etc

Ask for a test, create accounts in social networks for testing services, but social networks do not ban accounts for the use of smm services.

I agree with this. When you have decided which smm panel you want to try out, buy only a small amount of followers for your test account, the minimum number of followers you can buy is usually 100. Wait and see if they have good quality and don't drop the next day. If all is good, you can buy followers for your main account.

Search in this forum or in google and make a list of 20 smm panel. Now log in one by one and see their order quantity. From there choose 5 most ordered panel and message them in the ticket section. Now choose the most responsible smm panel and add small amount of fund there and test, thus you can find out the best smm panel.
