Connecting on fresh account from a "banned" device

Hi all, i've recently been IP banned or shadowbanned because I created too many accounts on my phone/computer

Anyways, all my accounts are shadowbanned and make 0 view when I post a reel
I wanted to have an account that isn't shadowbanned by IG so i asked my brother to create a new account on his device from a different location

Will connecting on this fresh new account from my devices shadowban this account aswell ? Or since the account is created from a not-banned device, it's fine ?
Do I need proxies or anything to connect to this account and not risk a ban?

Mostly yes, give it sometime before you do this. After some weeks or months it cools down and you can create proper accounts again.

Would you mind recommending me one not too expensive and only for one account ? I don't plan on doing multiple accounts etc, just this one single account
