Human created content is going to become niche before it eventually dies.

Yea I think you're right.

Right now, we're only on GPT-4 and AI content is becoming more sophisticated.

Imagine where it'll be at GPT-8, or even GPT-20?
Doubt there will be something like that.

It'll probably be something else.

I bet it won't surpass gpt 6.

There will be more and more AI junk but human content will still be valued more because of the precise input and experience that a human can add to the mix. We are talking about the tiny details and other important aspects that AI cannot have.

I hate to say this but... BULLSHIT!!

The overwhelming vast majority of human beings have an IQ lower than a cabbage. All they want is entertainment, sugar and something to stimulate their genitals.
Covid proved just how absolutely fucking moronic most people are. The only thing on their minds was where would they find their next roll of toilet paper. To make matters worse, the public had to be told to wash their hands after going to the bathroom.

AI is going to take over and destroy huge sections of finance, entertainment and miltary industries. Any workers that are left are going to find themselves with 10x the workload that they currently have. (ie: You want to keep your job then you better work harder, longer and faster ! )

mate, your argument does not make sense. It is true that there are people who don't know how to wipe their ass but are experts in some areas. They can smell bullshit content from far.

AI does not have a conscience and is spitting facts from the data it has, it doesn't know how to compare and evaluate data if its correct or not. So, if you rely on that content, you will get shit result.

I've been making porn and bullshit content for 30+ years. I've had dealing with actual brain surgeons who are as stupid as they get. On the other hand, I've had dealing with high school drop outs who can think circles around the brain surgeon.

So as for bullshit content I'll say this :

Some can smell bullshit content. ... Most can't ...
All things considered equal, the average person is a total moron.

Spot on. Covid era exposed how low IQ the average normie is and proved that 90% of people don't think for themselves. Joe Shmoe just repeats what his screen says and mindlessly consumes more.

AI will absolutely wreck industries where these kinds of people are the dominant working force. Real life experiences will be premium. It's only a matter of time. Apple Vision Pro is already proving this.

I wouldn't say human-created content will die out entirely. It might just evolve and find its place alongside AI-generated content. Remember that people, not AI, are still innovators and experts.

Don't you think with AI technology there will easily be new search engine startups who will utilise AI to compete with Google and deliver search results across various niches? I'm thinking there's a possibility for search traffic to also benefit hugely from this AI wave.
This is what you call thinking outside the box, yes thats the goal and actually when OpenAi, Grok, and Bard later on become search engines of their own, SEO will be provided based on trying to rank on chatgpt Prompts. I know already online companies asking where we heard about them, and one of the options was Chatgpt newly added.

Also if someone decides to go all in with SEO Ai content but is not good at making websites (goodluck) it will not work.

That being said, its nearly impossible for SEO to die out. That would be the same as saying no one will ever want to research for information again. As long as theres a good amount of ppl in the world who like to critical think for themselves, there will always be a market to serve for that, the contrarians.

Glad to know that we have the same sentiments. SEO is going nowhere, existing and new search engines will evolve to integrate AI technology and make it even more convenient to find websites using prompts that describes precisely what kind of results a user would like to get (text, image, video). People will always use search engines for research, doing SEO correctly will be how website owners get found online as usual. However, can you explain what you mean by "it will not work" if someone is not good at making websites?

to speed up and Ai my words:

When creating a website, factors such as mobile responsiveness, content originality, user experience, and engagement are crucial for SEO success. While it's important to address technical aspects like speed and redundancy, it's equally essential to prioritize providing high-quality, authentic content and meaningful interaction with users. Simply focusing solely on SEO techniques without considering the broader context of user satisfaction and value is unlikely to yield sustainable results. Therefore, if you choose to utilize AI-generated text to keep users engaged, it's advisable to ensure that the website is aesthetically pleasing and responsive. This ensures that even if the content is generated by AI, users are satisfied with their experience, which in turn can positively impact SEO rankings.

In my words, if your copying text straight from Ai, but not considering the layout of your page and not trying your best to make it look really good, just because its a typical blog page or whatever, then goodluck i meant as in google can detect your ai website based on content and user experience. Say you copied everything from Ai and did not change a single thing, but a user really liked the website design and also the content enough to stay on the page for a long time, even if it is fully ai not changed generated content, then it could be a positive impact. because the content is seen as reliable. Again, this is my theory on what I have analyzed, not facts based.

Totally makes sense, now I understand what you meant. Thanks for your response, it was helpful.

I've lost more money on SEO than it's ever made for me. I've even hired experts and they all promise the moon but deliver crap.

I make far more sales with legacy advertising and promotion via trade shows than I ever did with SEO.

Well thats just to say you hired the wrong SEO "experts", real expert would tell you if SEO is worth the investment for your type of business b4 proceeding. Any SEO "expert" who is more focused on quotes and accepting your project without first doing research in your niche is most likely fraud.

This morning I went for my morning coffee. Some idiot drove his car into the pole outside the coffeeshop. He was wearing Apple Visio while driving.

In my mind that sums up exactly where this is going.
That is funny af!!
What was he thinking? Like wanted the roads to come alive or something? :D
I mean, people can't be that dumb, right?

I mean, people can't be that dumb, right?

Yea, they can be and most often are.
Just think of how many idiots are on their phone while driving. It's the same thing just on a slightly more involved scale.

No I didn't.
I'll admit that the first couple where idiots who I found on the Internet. The after that I used experts recommended to me by Deloitte and Publicis.

A 1 in 1000 sale ratio would have been acceptable but it wasn't even anywhere close to that. Each time I confronted the "experts" I got the same excuses. So, I've asked them why I'll make more sales with legacy advertising?

Same product... Same customer profile... More sales the old way.

Well I can tell you this, if you were doing SEO with me, you would have no way of being unsatisfied, because I would only accept your project if I see we can actually do something for you and we calculate Rois ahead , so if we seen maybe not enough volume, competition is way to heavy by sharks, etc then I would decline you and a few other factors to consider because I dont want the headache of unsatisfied clients, would rather have happy clients who get real results and stay overtime (not accepting any new commitments) And even the experts you went to recommended by Deloitte and Publicis, high chance could be, they didn't prioritize your project and kept it on autopilot and which lead to not being happy, if they are dealing with those big type of clients then theres you. It happens sadly man

I don't mean any offense and I'm sure you're a nice guy.

But that kind of sums the attitude of the majority of businesses. They only take on a project if it appears easy and makes them look good. Once again, if SEO is so great then why am I doing better with out it?

ps. Oh and just in case you're wondering. My last SEO project was selling knock off Sybains from China. ( 33% of the price of the real one and twice the power.) I also tried with several other projects including chicks with dicks videos. Again, legacy advertising kicked SEO's ass.

No what I mean is, if you are a client getting into SEO, and say with a $1000-$1500 budget and then you are selling shoes and Nike big brands on the same page, I would say Goodluck to you. Big sharks, I am not referring to local companies considered as competition that hire other SEO companies we have to face. Realistic budgets and realistic long term goals.

btw I am not discouraging other marketing methods, just SEO if you give it another shot yourself, you would probably like the result then going through those experiences, then when you get a bit hands on then you will know how to coordinate with the SEO people whos good or bad, I wouldn't advise this to a regular business owner who has to worry about their business daily and try to learn SEO. but your on BHW so that's your advantage to learn the minimals and then know who can get the job done and whos the talker.

In my line of work you get to know a lot of lawyers.

They're all available to take my money when they're assured of an easy win. But they disappear the moment that it's not.

As far as I'm concerned, you're saying similar. So... to me SEO is just another easy money scam.
