What is the best VPN service?

I have recently used Surfshark and I have no complaints. It has now expired and I want to explore other alternatives because I want something that is cheaper. I see that Cyberghostvpn is very cheap and I am wondering if anyone has used that or if there is any other vpn you would prefer?

Alternative, In a sense of VPN then yes above folks recommendations possibly good. But , If you wish you can switch to Private proxies but those will be little hassle for some folks though.
