I have a 1.7 million follower interior design/home decor page on Facebook, with an international audience (US majority though).

Currently I am not monetising the page, and am unsure which method of monetisation is the best approach.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to drive maximum revenue from the page?

Should I consider setting up a dropshipping store? Or set up a website with affiliate links? Or hire a sales person to sell sponsored content posts?

All ideas/advice welcome.

What is your stat per post? Does it have lots of engagements?

First you need to measure the level of engagement with new posts on the site to decide to do anything.
If it's at a good level, it ranges from >10,000 views without advertising. Let the page do affiliate
Besides, if you don't keep the page active, the page will be shadow banned so hiring remote staff to post regularly is necessary

It's a very good site dude, you can rent it from furniture advertising companies

You can create a website then you can make money through participating in affiliate programs and marketing products. Or you can set up dropshipping and sell it. You can also sell products directly on Facebook....

Affiliate marketing could solve your problems. Just don't over spam the page.

Selling dropshipping, home improvement products and selling some affiliate marketing products, I think these will be effective ways to help you earn income from the site.

You can cooperate with companies to sell their products on your site, making a profit
