What should I learn ?

Im thinking about web development because its kinda related with seo

And later to offer ad campaigns on socials

Need to run with employees or just tools? You can start with $0 if you have a website and hosting. You’ll need semrush or ahrefs to start if you’re doing seo. Screaming frog for onpage technical seo. Pop/surfer/Cora/onpage for optimizing for NLP and such. Eventually you’ll want the premium chat gpt and go high level for clients.
