Simplest subscription system

Hello, I'm about to launch a new online business: subscription media. Question: what's the simplest system available, on both the customer and supplier sides?

Will it be a monthly subscription OR an annual subscription? Ideally, I'd like something that automatically generates invoices (with the right VAT), cuts off access if the subscription is expired or not renewed, and a back-office that lets me keep track of customers.

As for security, I'd like something robust, and I don't want a paywall where all I need is the right Chrome plugin to bypass the paywall.

Anyway, I'm fed up with coding, so if you have any suggestions for something quick and easy to set up, it would be a great help.

Simplest and safest way would be using stripe payments checkout, It's very easy to set up for both developers and non developers
