No. And when. New admins can delete old Admins after one week or?

Or your fanpage gets hacked. Report a problem with Facebook or report copyright if you suspect your account has been tampered with. Hope you will get the fanpage

You were removed from the admin of the page, I think they removed you and added new members and then left after that.

Do the new admins have any activity? Are their profile public and did you check if they are real people? Some hackers might have exploited some loophole and placed these admins to hide their tracks.
When you send a request to Facebook, make sure you include what might have caused this. Did you click any links in your email, when suspicious activity started or anything to trace back what might have gone wrong.
Also try to reach facebook on their other social media accounts (Twitter). They are probably swamped with similar reports and my experience is they mostly don't give a shit.
