Sorry, I can not comment on Captcha AI. I don't even know this service.
My setup with XEvil:
- no retries
- 120 secs
No, I am not using GSA Captcha Breaker.
XEvil 5 solves +/- 80% which is perfectly fine for me.

No.
Watch XEvil logs and you will see how many threads you can run on your machine. 40 seconds is very low.

on other is collect their emails and start email marketing ( 1 email per day for minimum 7 - 10 days for the same offer )
there is a rule that says that needed minimum 7 emails send to have a sell

I will test a different affiliate program, similar offer, but with a 14 day free test period. The current programm has infinite trial time but charges based on amount and people might just not use it as much.
I will find a simple way for landing page a/b testing.
Yes but then you have to make a great effort create something like a voice or brand because as @Fiducia mentioned otherwise this will result in spam complains and you will just burn your emails.
What you said can be done with niche markets when you have more info to engage them. People listen (and buy) from people they trust. They trust people that know same or more then they do. If you talk to an absolute stranger, how do you build authority? But talk to a plumber and recite current market trends and use plumber slang and boom, you have authority.
I'm using more of a shotgun approach and testing the technical side of things. I filter through millions of unsorted websites to check my setup and send them an affiliate offer at the same time.

correct it is considered cold traffic, so it needed ways to warm it up first before anything,
like a proven landing page > collect emails > send 7- 10 emails , ( others prefer to warm with value info first and free content , gift, pdf etc before send the 1 st sell email )
other go for free video value content (using youtube, fb, instagram , tik tok etc ) to warm up and build trust and authority and after some free free content suggest offers ..

I don't understand why people looking for captcha resolver. There is Xevil which work as a charm, on my PC I can have 300 threads and only 20% CPU load.
Also, proxy, still the same. Just take DigitalOcean promotion and you can make 10 for two months for free. If you use squid you can have as many threads as you want.
When you make a fault and your IP will go to blacklist, just delete this VPS and make a new, it's 5 min of work. Easy.

xevil works proxies with ipv4 or ipv6 best?
if i understand well DigitalOcean is for VPS, when you create a VPS and you destroy it, after you create it again they give you a different ip?
what config does the squid have that will work as a charm?

300 threads with 10 VPS (10 ip? i guess) can this work for 24/24 , i have read that is a ratio 10 threads : 1 ip (100 threads : 10 ips) is this wrong at your knowledge?

I use my own IPv6 proxy from DO and 64k IP. It isn't necessary but just I made it and works good.
Yes DO need payment method, I use virtual card and another proxy, since few years no problem. I used also Vultr and Linode, both have similar service.
When I have my VPS and I use 40-50 threads, VPS just don't showing loading. My VPS it's 1 core and 1GB memory. When you buy private proxy, you have only private IP but VPS is shared.
It's depends on you how many threads you will use. If my ratio goes down, just make new one and I have new proxy, it's take only few minutes (Ipv4).
And how I use one IPv6 proxy for scraping, although not very impressive today.
