Finding a cold caller

Any recommendations on finding cold calling service?

Fiverr and upwork is a mixed bag. I also want somewhere with decent spoken English. Indiana has the stigma of scammers so don't want someone with an ancient similar to an Indian. Issues I had with that was a lot of people as soon as they heard the cold caller talk they thought he was a scammer.

Only looking for a few phone calls a day unless they have their own system to avoid spam flags.

Depending on the product/pay I might be interested. You could also use a job board like indeed and find someone good asap.
