I would say 30k is not enough to start any sort of physical business, so it would need to be something online. With 30k you have enough to research a market. You can try ad campaigns, see what sticks, and escalate from there. If you are not sure, I would save the money on monetary funds or deposits while interest rates are high, because of crazy real inflation money in the bank fades quickly, until I had a more clear idea of what to do with it.
Thanks for the advice. I see many guys that want to start an online business with 0 money and that's ridiculous . So in my opinion i think is enough to start a solid online business

Then ask yourself what you are good at? Build a solution around it's market's pain point or users demand. Test it's marketing with a few 2-3k dollars. And scale whatever works best for you.
It doesn't bave to be a big idea or new idea. It could be a better variation of an old idea + your own twist.
But to be honest, it's hard to tell you exactly where to put your money as investment in this kind of thing.
