Can you target users from a specific country?
No because real location info of tw accounts is not displayed publicly. The location info displayed by tw is the one put by the user and it is not a required field (filled less than 0.1% of the time and most of the time with wrong info)

I may be interested in this. Just for me to understand it fully:

I'd make a twitter post, you mass mention followers of an account of my choosing - these will then get notified and see my Twitter post automatically? Or do they just get notified without necessarily getting my post displayed?

Is adult content OK? Can you make profile pictures/names of the accounts look like females?

They will get notification and then they can choose to click or not on the notification. If they click they are redirected to your tweet (post)

I need to see the tweet first, please contact me here https://t.me/igtaya

I understand. Any other way besides Telegram to get in touch?

Here's my review of a small test campaign. I had originally planned to use his service for a much larger campaign but based on results that won't happen:

Bought aprox 1,500 mentions in quotes ($50).

Targets were people that had liked recent posts in a certain niche (non-adult). Seller delivered the quotes according to Twitter Stats on re-shares, but results were underwhelming.

Now 2 days later, out of 1,500 mentions, the tweet has:
14 total engagements. 1 Profile visit. 3 Link clicks.
Out of which I'm probably responsible for most myself.

I asked that seller would do a new Mention in quote, with one of my own Twitter accounts included. The result was, the account never recieved a notification of having been quoted/mentioned.

I'm guessing the majority of the bot accounts have already been blocked by twitter for spam and any tagged people won't get notified.

Asked for a refund, seller didn't want to. Rather we went into a heated argument about the "view counter" and he didn't want to accept that it's a total view counter, not a unique view counter. Told him everytime u refresh the page/post, it will count and add a new view. Didn't want to listen. Then he sends me a link to twitter FAQ that literally proves me right and still tries to argue.

What a waste of $50. You live and learn. Can' definitely not recommend. Just happy I did a test campaign first before spending $1500

Thanks for your review and let me respond respectfully and state facts.

The client asked to mention 1500 usernames under his tweet and use accounts with avatar as A.I women faces. That's what I did exactly here:

Out of the 1500 mentioned users, 526 views were received as you can see below.

Claim : I'm guessing the majority of the bot accounts have already been blocked by twitter for spam and any tagged people won't get notified.

This is wrong because when I check the quotes done by my accounts, I see views on them which means that the accounts are not blocked and they brought views coming from notification.

For more transparency I attach here list of usernames I used:

You can see the last reply of each of those accounts and see the number of views of the tweet.
