I need help with a blogging niche

My site got penalised by google earlier this month. It was based on health niche since it's something I have expertise in.

I don't know if it would be possible to revive it. I got suggestions and one of them was to build quality backlinks. That's a bit too expensive for me right now.

I'd be very grateful if someone can suggest a profitable niche for me. I know it's not really something people do for free but if you wouldn't mind lending me a helping hand, I'd so much appreciate it.

All niches are profitable, some are more some are less. Some are hard some are easy. In general avoid health and finance niches as it's hard to establish authority. Avoid gambling adult dating and cbd niches as they require lot of investment and are dominated by high budget/backhat sites. Also avoid travel if your don't travel a lot.

That's something you need to figure it out by yourself to be honest with you. Try "keywords research" in different ways and see what can suit your needs.

What I can say from experience is that - while good niches could be found with enough research - most of the time you want to avoid anything that has to do with finances (debt, insurance, banking, investment, etc), health & medical, education (scholarships in particular I have found to be very hard to rank, but also other education-related niches like long distance learning, home schooling, etc) and business (almost all niches related to business are brutal, although - given how big this industry is - you might be able to find a good niche once in a while).

My recommendation is to find a niche in any of these industries:

- home improvement
- pets
- self help / self improvement (although, in most niches in these industries you might have to establish EEAT)
- technology
- crafts & hobbies
- entertainment
- sports & outdoor activities

These are the industries that I'd get into but, of course, you can choose whatever you like

You need not pay for backlinks to authority sites as they will be very costly. There are some seo sellers here who will build a package for you as per your budget.

Focus niches along decrease controversy potential profitability,like private economics, technological assessment or as durable life. For long term success concentrate on high quality content and SEO.
