How to analyse competitor DRs

Does anyone know how to analyse competitors and see how many DRs they are in each tier? For example DR 0-30 they have 5 URLs and DR 31 - 50 they have 6 URLs?

The value of Dr depends on the number of referring domains (RD). The higher the Dr of a referring domain and the fewer backlinks to other websites, the more Dr will be forwarded to your domain.

With Semrush and Ahrefs, you should be able to sort a websites backlinks according to their domain authorities. If that is what you want to do, then condider one of those two.
