I’ve found both sites useful for quick, low-cost tasks - either hiring someone or picking up extra work. The communities there are pretty active, and it’s easy to get started without a lot of hassle.

I've tried microworkers. The amount of money to make there is very limited (I barely made $5 and it took quite some time). I had much more success when I could complete UHRS tasks in Toloka. Now, that was making money (at least $20 from microtasks in half an hour or so). Sadly, that sort of thing is no longer available and I haven't being able to find anything that it's even remotely as good as that was.
