Hi Mr Twister,

That seems about right if you entered 0 for revenue, pr, uniques and the age was less than 3 months. $126 is the average selling price for starter sites.

It's pretty raw in the fact it doesnt take into account the value of the domain (so http://www.msn.com with no traffic or revenue or PR would equate to the same price as http://www.somerandomsite.com).

The price is calculated by looking at rolling averages on all sales on Flippa, Digital Point, WMP and website broker over the last 30 days and creating calculations based on data ranges (so for example if you enter revenue of $1000, it will select all sites with rev between $750 and $1250 dollars to include in the dataset).

It has a problem with approximately 15% of sites where there just isnt enough data available to make a reliable decision, and the averages are skewed by one or two really high or really low transactions. This will get better with the more data we collect.

The domains I checked all had 0pr no age and no website.
