(ASK) Can Someone make our domain suspended?

Here is a little question...
About 1 month ago, I created a .co.cc domain (Don't ask me why I don't buy a paid one, It is just my experiment)...
And I use it for an autoblog, with source from feeds..

And about a week ago I got an email that said "don't copy my content, bla bla.. bla..."

And now my .co.cc domain was under examination...

I wanna ask, Will this such thing happen to paid domain? I mean .com, .net and others.
Because next month I am gonna buy a .com domain.

No It will not, but you still may get a mail saying not to copy content.
