I'm opening a real estate business in my home country but I have experience in my own niche but due to parent issue. I have to open a physical office.

Now, I want to open a real estate office which focus on online property listing, realtors and my own website that promote listing from agents and properties.

Can you advice who I need to hire for website maintance, design, uploads.

Which experience do I need to look at for?
What website is easy to maintain for Real Estate.

Have you considered hiring website designers and developers on freelance exchanges?

You'll probably still need a few people in the office to maintain paperwork, show properties and answer calls, although calls can be replaced by AI,

If you have the budget, the best thing to do in your case is look for local agencies that can handle everything from developing your website to google listing and other content that is required.

If you know basics how to use WordPress to create a website from a pre-made layouts of:
Astra
Generatepress
Neve
Kadence
Elementor
All these things are good ones.

Then edit the layouts with your own content, images, colors.

You basically need to display projects, collect leads, & share your contacts.

Or just hire a basic VA with wordpress knowledge who can handle it.

Save your money and spend it on basic seo, local citations, gmb setup & optimization.

And PPC ads here you will get leads so keep your budget

SEO takes time while PPC can give fast results.

You can use WordPress for the website maintenance.

I established my own website on WordPress long time Ago and the WordPress is pretty good.
