SEO Market Devalued by Competition

Few years back SEO services from fiverr, seoclerk, legiit similar sites are reselled here at BHW marketplace. Now in 2023, 2024 scene reversed. Services from BHW are reselling on other platforms.

Our big players downgraded the SEO market to beat the competition.

A person working for $5 per hour 15 years back should work for same amount without any growth?

If you observe our marketplaces thoroughly you will clearly understand. There should be some UNION to keep some base prices for each service/work.

The market place here is definitely not what it was, I can see the flaming coming my way already but hear me out. I’m saying what I’ve seen firsthand - from working with two of the largest sellers here a few years back on some of the forums largest sales threads, to then running my own threads, then leaving and returning again to give it another go.

I’m sure the traffic numbers are up on the forum and someone will step in here to tell us so, however the buying traffic is nowhere near what it used to be. It’s impossible to stand out without a sticky thread, even with one it’s nothing like it was.

Too many threads selling the same products, all trying to out-price each other, the free market.

I agree with you OP and it’s funny, sites like legiit are getting more buying traffic now from what I’ve seen and heard from colleagues. Those sites also have the added protection of taking payments in an escrow type manner, big plus for a lot of buyers that have previously been stung in the SEO jungle.

I remember the guys I worked for here on bhw when I first started, they were running 7 figure threads consistently, they spent massively on ads - but the ads worked. I think those type of days are gone now, or at least will be very rare, it’d have to be something very unique and effective.

Thanks for coming up & sharing your views. There are certain group of freebie seekers addicted for free packs & never buy. I still remember in those years around 2010 tried to explain the uniqueness of my service to launch at BHW. Many of my fellow sellers stopped business due to this situation.

I remember my friend telling me about that and how it made the market place here the best in its day. They had a rule on the market place that you couldn’t copy someone else’s service or sell the same thing as them, he said that’s when the market place was a proper gold mine for sellers with unique ideas, the service I helped him and his partner with was the first to sell sape links for example, they made multiple 7 figures from that thread, they had a good head start before that unique rule was removed and anyone could get approved if they passed the mods review.

If you do something unique now, you’ll have a dozen copy cats with threads approved within a week or so, all trying to undercut each other, It’s a mess to be honest.
