Need a CPA email submit offer which is the same for all countries

Hello I have been content locking some of my sites video content with cpa lead widget,adscend media widget etc but results were very less.I have been getting conversions around 10% only with Cpa lead widget and almost 1% with adscend Media widget which to be is strange.
The thing is I want to do Iframing now to increase my conversions,but I have visitors coming to my site from all over the world,not just US or canada.
So I want to know is there any simple email submit offer which can be used to hide the referer and whenever any visitor from any country comes he should be able to see that offer.I know that some offers dont work for some countries,so if I decide to Iframe one of the offer from the US for eg,I will miss all my visitors from Australia.

or what are the other options of moneticizing a content protection site.I know loudmo,any other option other than this.The thing is I will be getting visitors from all round the world,so I cant afford to miss any visitor.
Also I want to make full use of all my visitors to my site,so if I use iframing I believe I can,but I want an email submit offer which can be seen from all over the world unlike those offer which works for 1country only and for some other country a different survey etc.

Short Answer : No. There is no 1 email submit that can be used with all countries. Even if you find one, i'm sure it will be shaved to hell, and you wont make very much off of it at all.

Instead, why not create a gateway which utilizes geo-targetting based on where the user is located? For instance, the Black Hat Code Breaker does geotargetting, and is under 50$. That way you can have both WELL paying submits, but have them geotargetted....

How does Blackhat code breaker does geotargeting?I can only add specific offers per country.Also is there any way that I can ask the cpa lead to pop up when visitors from any other country other than US,UK and canada comes and by Blackhat code breaker or iframe pops up when visitors from US,UK comes?Thanks in advance

From what I've seen there are no email submits that accept traffic from all countries. The offers that do accept that traffic are usually craptastic offers like surveyscout hwell:
