So this happened to me last night after i updated the app, before it was working fine but i did a few spam yesterday, with sending requests or follow people, maybe that's the problem, idk.

But i can do everything, like, dm's, watching reels, comment, it just happens when i go to the profile of the page and i click on the pic that this error occurs, do you guys think this will go away after some days or weeks? Thank you.

And automatic actions did not come well on Instagram, you will always have problems if you do that.

Hey, this is something Instagram is doing a lot nowadays on many profiles. I have many of my own niche accounts that have been getting this for the past 2-3 weeks, and they get it when they do some actions, and this can go from a few days to a week. I have seen it stay on accounts around a week without doing any actions since the block.

Just rest your account and don't use IG much, as this popup occurs on any page, even while scrolling the feed, doing DM's, etc.

They dont give out updates like that you have to use the app regularly to see diff types of popups and blocks and stuff
