[Question] Best bulk email sender + advices

Hello everyone I want to send automatic emails to potencial clients (planning to send about 200-400 emails per day). Need your advices, because it will be my first time, when I will send emails this way. I providing services and have an website (personal domain). Which email should I use for sending this type of mails? Should I create account from my domain, or it is better to use another account and why? Which one email sender is will be best option for this amount of emails?

Buy 1 aged gmail account and link your domain , verify your domain and re-link with your mobile if possible or virtual number again. If cold mailing i would suggest external domain rather than business domain to avoid any blacklist.

It should easily manage 500 to 800 emails per day. But don't send them on 1st day only try to warmup for 14 days at least.

Thank you for your answer. Why is better to link a gmail account to a domain, than to create new account from my domain/hosting? Is it possible to link gmail to anonymous (offshore) domain?

How can I warmup? Should I use any paid tools?

domain/hosting is much easier way you can even do that. Warmup they are external services who charge 10 to 20$ monthly based on your package.

You really dont need any paid services for now go slowly and scale up later.

Thank you. For example, if I will send 50-100 emails per day manually, then as I understand is it not necessarily to link gmail to my domain, I just can create new email account from my domain, warm up it manually, and slowly start sending mails? How to avoid mails going to spam folder? Or with this amount per day is safe to send mails without going to spam folder?

You can send off Gmail using Mailtrack, currently rebranded to Mailsuite.
