I'm sure it does make money or they probably wouldn't be wasting their time doing it. They are probably just passing the traffic thru a googlepage to 1) hide the fact that they are using an affiliate link on Myspace & 2) to mask from the affiliate company the fact that they are getting traffic from Myspace.
