I was just curious if that setup would work. Do OVPN ignore DMCA requests? And is that possible to set it up that way?

Thanks in advance.

i think you should have to elaborate your query for better understanding, VPN as a standard is used for privacy

They have an offer with public IPv4 addresses. Wrote to them, they haven't replied, it's probably not suit for commercial use.

Though they don't charge for bandwidth. But bandwidth at scale is never free I guess.

Probably, especially in a relevant country(like not the US^^).
ThePirateBay used OVPN public IP to hide : https://www.google.com/search?q=torrentfreak+OVPN+piratebay

And yeah about the bandwith, in their IPV4 page they say "To keep our prices low, the above price is based on normal consumer usage. For commercial usage with higher bandwidth consumption, please reach out to our support for tailored pricing. Commercial usage without approval may lead to account termination without refund."

However as they said "Choose Public IPv4 when your need for a dedicated, secure IP outweighs anonymity concerns.", if you check thepiratebay case on torrentfreak, it's unlikely anything will happen especially since swedish courts as ruled it out but it may be possible for a public IPV4 to be linked to your account as it is static and dedicated, so careful about the e-mail or way of payment which can broke the anonymity.

I inquired about commercial use of IPv4 addresses. Here is the message from them:

We only charge for the subscriptions. We don't limit or cap bandwidth and we don't throttle the speeds. And we don't keep any logs of our user's activity or identity. If we get any DMCA requests, we send them to the users and hope that they will address them on their own.

I think you are confused about VPN and VPS.
ovpn.com offer VPN not VPS.
