- Keep a fair link velocity (Example: don't get 500 RD this month and 30 in the next 4 months - Better to spread 100 links per 5 month).

Normally i go for 800 RD from some high end sites including Yahoo which costs $500

800RD for 500.00. this seems scammy and I'm pretty sure won't do anything for long term benefit. Where do you get these from if you don't mind me asking?

with press releases lots of RDs in a short amount of time used to be OK some years ago. But I've heard that nowadays google treats PRs like spam, so it's probably not a good idea to get so many links so fast if the site is new.

as long as you can build solid links, you can go for how many you can afford,
google won't penalize you website for such links
