I think you must be wrong I just tested I spent $1.04 spent on about 1047 words on the trial !

I'm thinking of creating this program, even with images, to make it easier for you to use it to create articles for your blog

Yes, that would be profitable; actually every program related to AI has potential to make money these days, the issue is how you promote it. There are many people who are using AI generated content for different purposes so they'll take advantage of something that can bring them value or make the process faster. There are even sellers in marketplace who provide AI generated content so they can be your clients as well.

I think you confuse characters and words. Each credit is equal to 1 word. So 1047 words doesn't mean 1.04$, it is equivalent to 0.05$

Characters are a OpenAI metric to calculate API cost, I think I shouldn't show that to user if it cause confusion.
