If my comments get deleted after commenting (only in some subreddits), does it mean that the subreddit has some Karma requirements and the auto-bot deletes me? (I have 0 Karma)

Or does it mean I am shadowbanned?

The best way to try and figure out if you're shadowbanned is to try and comment on different subreddits. If all of your comments are being hidden, you were shadowbanned. If your comments are only failing to show up on specific subreddits, it's because that subreddit has the automoderator configured so you have to reach a minimum comment karma threshold before your posts and comments will show.

just check url of your profile in other browser and you will see instantly if you got shadowban

Yes if its only in some subreddits then its very likely that their automod filter is removing your comments.
