Telegram groups with 20k members (total), business ideas?

Hi, there,

I have several Telegram groups (20k members) of which I am owner, and I am looking for business ideas in order to monetize all this?
I'm not looking for CPA or anything, because my users trust me.

Audience source ?
The audience isn't bot-based and comes from Tiktok/Google, and I already offer services that are quite interesting for me: 1-2k$ per month in autopilot => I offer services that people do and I take a commission on them.

But I'd rather do a new service for the general public, as I'm a software developer (AI, Web, Automation, etc.).

Do you have any ideas? (SaaS ? new service ?) If the idea is interesting and can develop even outside Telegram, we can do a 50/50 deal.
