hello, maybe someone have a solution to solve this.
I did a 301 from the old domain to my new domain, for the homepage display I made the same and overall I have redirected it to the URL of the new domain I have. but there is a note here, I didn't delete the homepage display on the old domain, is there a problem that makes this happen?

if you do that with 301 redirection to new website via htaccess, google should not remove your ranks, but it can happen i was having similar situations several times. i was do a big no no i was change the url structure completely and did 301 redirection on the new pages and yes i was loose most of the rankings as the backlinks was pointed to those old pages even if i did seo and 301 redirect. So really no body can tell how google will react to those changes. but i think in your situation should be fine.

Will continue and the juice from the redirected website will come to your website

yes but you also need to remove the old domain files. so there should not be conflict in google console

redirect the old homepage as well,
your rankings might drop for a couple of day/weeks, but they'll come back eventually,
it's just a fluctuation that would happen with every 301, don't over stress about it, focus in the long term process
