This is my domain with high quality backlink (new domain around 2 month old) IMG_9424.jpegI do have competitor which is below my DR
(Around 3 month old new domain) and can manage to get rank 1-3 for keyword (both aim this keyword)..IMG_9425.jpeg

Do you know why? Some of the link builder said that, my web is on sandbox period? But when i checked site:mydomain almost all pages was indexed on google

High DR does not guarantee Google rankings, it's a 3rd party metric, even while being better than moz DA, it's still not that acuurate,
Also, it's made to make a score for your website off page, you still have to work in your website on page,

Now, here's the main questions,
Do you have more & better content than your competitors?
Basically, you have to cover more topics, with good content matching the user search intent,

Are your links actually better than your competitors?
you can get high DR with spammy links that will be ignored by Google, i'm referring to the quality ones,

How about the other on page factors?
Anything like topical authority, both contextual and navigational internal links, EAT factors like detailed about/privacy/policies/authors pages, etc...
They play some kind of major role in SEO nowadays, you have to make everything is well set

There's just too much to check about your SEO, not just comparing a couple of metrics and wondering why your website is not ranking,
Take your time with more keyword research, aim for a better content, internal links, main pages, etc... Then you can decide based on the results

DR is not a direct Ranking factor , you have to compare your site with your competitor on On-page , Technical SEO and their

backlink profile ,user experience ...

To check why you didn't rank in goggle do a competitor analysis. Compare your site with them. And DR is not a main ranking factor in google. The DR value is taken indirectly by google.

To me, 400+ backlinks with a new domain seems like a bit much.

Do you use Google Search Console? If so, what does it say under "Manual Actions" ?

sandbox means you don't rank, not that you're not indexed. You can have 100% of your pages indexed and still not rank, THIS is what sandbox is.

From the screenshots it looks like your domain is better, but we still don't know how good the backlinks are. Your competitor might have better links (from pages with higher UR, from better RDs) and this makes a massive difference. Not to mention that their backlinks might be more niche-relevant than yours, which also helps.

It could also be the site structure and / or topical authority, these 2 are pretty important nowadays...

Last but not least, it could also be luck, google rankings are chaotic lately, so I wouldn't be surprised for the SERPs of your chosen keyword to be all random :D

Yes, and the DR you improved might be with some redirect domains that just show improvement in particular tool. You much check your domain authority in other tools too if they are also showing this much worth of your domain.

Also, it is not just about the domain age and backlinks for rankings, but it is also about the relevancy and content quality, topical authority of your website so make sure that these are good as well. In 3 month old domain, you should try to optimize for the long tail keywords first and then look forward to improve your website presence gradually. SEO needs consistency so keep creating good content strategically and you will see some improvement in near time.

Someone send me negative backlink, and i just sent them to google disavow tools. Maybe took time for google to wipe them
