Buying visitor for Website with google adsense

I have a website with Google Adsense as monetization, currently website visits range from 1-3 visitors every day. I want to buy organic visitors but the minimum number of visitors is 500 / day. Will this harm my AdSense account or the website I own?

I agree with you about bot traffic, i've been doing arbitrage with fb ads, but had no success, any idea for how to do it successful and profitable? I never know about pages amd group..

Please someone tell me more about this..
