It turned out that one of my buyers was pretending to be me, and wanted to take all the money for himself. He wrote from several profiles and told that he need to withdraw the money. He eventually confessed to it.
We did a little test where I provided proof that my new account was real and his profiles not, and now all our money returned.

Meraki are obviously very concerned about security. They removed the byers from the chats so that they would not have access to sensitive information and would not be able to lie about being me. If Meraki hadn't done that and believed the liar, he would have our money by now.
We will continue to work with Meraki with a new team. And I highly recommend them as those who will definitely not give your money to scammers.

And if you're going to change your profile, be sure to write in advance about which new you want to use I didn't do that so it took a time to prove my identity
