I have a 15 Years Domain with DR56, UR21 that I wanted to monetized, open for anyone to place Guest Posting.
How shall I start with this?

Where can I find agency to have my website listed as Guest Post site? Other than this, what else can I do to promote my site?
Anyone know about this? Appreciate for the sharing!

well, I just tried to prevent the disaster. If it's giving you guest posts for free that's good for you (but still bad for him )

As I am new to the posting I just wish to know how can I monetized it.

Explore content marketplaces where you can list your website as a guest post site. ContentMart or Constant Content are examples of such platforms. and to promote ur website u can engage in online Communities , or paid advertising , Run Contests or Giveaways

As I am new to the posting I just wish to know how can I monetized it.

if it ranks in google people will contact you anyway, especially if you're getting a lot of traffic, you will get noticed fast!

Otherwise, try Adsy.com like I said, or what @vincentcarbert recommended... You could also try freelancing sites (Fiverr, SEO clerks, etc), but I think it will be hard to get clients on these sites, they're very competitive
