Kudos to the frenchboy for the "you ask, I answer" stance. There's much to be read between the lines here, and he ultimately revealed more than he originally meant to. However I don't suppose there are that many french people lurking around here that will effectively be able to mimick his sites and SEO campaigns.

Further, we're left wondering on the actual link building strategies.... aren't we?

I can't but I can tell you not to use anything fancy. I don't use any particular plugin.

My theme as the adsense code inside it but the ad is within the content. I could put it in the post if I wanted. Its just longer and longer to edit all my ad at the same time.

could you post a screen shot of your page? of course you can hide your url.you can blur the content to prevent us from viewing your profitable keywords

For what its worth you dont need domaintools to find the sites, and secondly I half believe the op, I have managed to find 29 of his domains in french and the few I checked had a few thousand backlinks (some are site wide links).

even if the OP is full of crap or he makes 1 million a day its not going to make you any richer, this thread has some good info on it that if you put into action will make YOU some money.

1)Unique content
2)5-10 pages to start with ( made up of some low volume easy to rank keywords and your main competitive keyword)
3)build backlinks consistantly for a few months
4)if has a decent CTR and a few clicks coming in then expand; else if sell the site and move on;

Just ran one of the sites through linkdiagnosis and while yahop reports 1500+links linkdiagnosis came back with 176, I then sorted by link strength and the best links seem to be forum posts with sneaky hidden link tactics as in the post will be "thank you for this" and then the anchor text link is below but the link is the same colour as the background of the forum so its hidden. and he uses multiple user names to make posts on the same thread linking to different sites of his.

BUT this looks like xrumer type of run and he already stated that he tried that and it didnt have much effect so he probably uses different tactics as well.

If you're not getting any money with adsense then yes throw up a content blocker from the site that you said and see if that works

what is your seo statedgy aprt form links and a niche ?

I know that he's not replying to this thread any longer... but that's a shame. I'd love to find out how the last year has gone. I wouldn't be surprised to see it dip, maybe even severely, for a period of time - but I wonder how they've done overall.

what are your expenses for this network of sites? Who are you using for your domains? What host are you using? I am sure with that many sites you would want to keep hosting costs low so they won't cut into your profits.
