I dont use no code bullshit and my earnings are around $10-50 dollars per 1000 fans, and trust me its not that creative what am doing. How come you are doing just a few dollars with facebook. You should honestly stop what you are doing if you are honestly only getting less than 1 cent average per user, its not worth it.
