Unsuspend Ebay Account Services - legit or scam?

I have a very old ebay account in good standing, zero complaints or issues from paying customers, that was just suddenly suspended indefinitely without cause or warning. I've seen people claiming that they can undo that for a fee, but it seems sketchy. It is entirely possible that there are people who work for ebay and would be willing to help directly, but has anyone had any experience with this? Are there any trustworthy contacts who can actually undo the suspension and clear up any other issues that may cause their system to re-suspend the account?

Ring them up and see why it was suspended and if you can do anything. If it’s a real account with your information they might reactivate it. If not make another one.
That is basically what someone will take your money and do.

I contacted them by their chat thing. Does calling work better? I called a couple times and each time the person on the other end seemed clueless so I just hung up.

EBay customer service is shocking always has been. You need to keep trying if you want that account back.
Honestly I would just make a new one.

@andyframpton If I make a new account it will probably be banned as well. Guess I will try calling them again.

Calling them is the easiest and less time consuming thing you can do. I don't know if they will unban your account though.

Tried that and can't get past their voice mail bot. If I put in my account number they just give me a generic message about going to their website than hang up. I'm probably going to have to take more drastic measures.

Don't think i've ever seen such a service that was really legit. You should check their reviews and also ask them in detail how are they going to unban the account.

Which type of suspension do you have ?and if it is Permanent suspension chances are almost zero people do only scam with that and if you want to reinstate simply call them if it is possible unlock they will do it or tell you what to do while always try to handle eBay through expert person

@MuhammadAwais123 Yes it is a permanent suspension and I have not been able to get through. Ebay isn't the only "reseller platform" banning good sellers for no reason. Amazon is doing the same and so is etsy...and if you want to run your own ecommerce website you'll want to get a real merchant account because something like stripe will likely do the same thing. It's like...they're all conspiring together against the 'little people'.
