Is there Backlink Packages that actually work for USA?

There's so many services here on the forum is hard to tell which one actually is good quality with vague reviews and or is for non-competitive markets.
I seen many people complaining on how the quality of link packages on the forum are trash and don't work.

Is there anything out here that works anymore for the USA market? So many sellers but not enough people recommending or they simply just dont know...

I was working with a guy on BHW before and he got banned so I lost my money because there was no way of contacting him, but I heard he was good... Mister I think it was
I'm just tired of trash services and I know there's good people out there I just cant seen to find them unless they are highly recommended. These threads reviews started to become a copy and paste game.

You're not going to rank from just buying a package.

You need a diverse link profile. Different link types, tiered, and well enforced.

The packages you buy here on the forum should be an addition to your own link building efforts.

good thread! I would also like to hear any stories of purchasing some backlink packages here on the forum which moved sites up seriously in SERPs.
I spent a serious amount of money (as for me) but completely no results. No influence on SERPs at all.
