Money page down

Hello, for the past 14 months, the most important money page on my website, after 15 years of being in Google's top 3 position, has suddenly dropped to somewhere on Google page 3.
My 3 other money-pages (less visited, less backlinks)...by the way, are as always... top 3 serps.
But my main competitor, has also an advanced SEO agency as a second profession.
He has a 100 fake blogs/sites with several backlinks.
Thus...more an expert than me, me with the white/grey hat on.
Like i said, there is only one page hit on my site
It could be him, trying to pull my page them.
Is this possible ..to degrade or hurt someones webpage?
If so...what methods are used to do so?

It's a possibility. Disavow any links you didn't personally create (or links that don't add to your backlink profile positively) and move on.

We don't allow discussions regarding negative SEO on this forum. However, I can tell you that it's a waste of your time. Better efforts would be spent on your own projects/websites.

There has been multiple major core updates in the last year and SEO changed significantly,
What used to keep you in the top 3 could be that's not working anymore,
That applies to both the on page and content used as well as the links,

As pointed out by @PHPInjected, check your links first, possibly spammy created links by your some of your competitors,
Make sure to use both Ahrefs & GSC to spot these as some of them could be hidden or not crawled/shown by one of the services,
Take your time and disavow any possible one, be careful with this, you don't want to remove the good links,

If no spammy links are there, then it's up to your SEO game,
Make the necessary changes and adapt to the competition, ideally better, in terms of on/off page,
Other than this, there's nothing much to do, it might take time, your website could be filtered by some of the algorithm as false positive in some cases
