I was searching for parasite websites and found these kind of links ranking high in google:

Anyone have any idea how to upload files like that?

I have tried searching other methods posted in BHW but failed to find anything on it.

I'm not going to out the method, but I recommend you search for 'kentico cms' in any of the various exploit databases.
