Black Leopard BHW profile link-> http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/9263-black-leopard.html

This guy bought me $115 worth youtube accounts on 17-Apr-2010. After payment I instantly gave him 500 Youtube accounts. After few minutes I got a mail from paypal saying the funds are temporarily held by paypal

"A review of recent transactions indicates that you might have received a
payment that the PayPal account holder did not authorise."

It seems like this guy has hacked someone else account and paid me that money. I have replied to that issue on same day and no replies. I m PMing this guy mailed several times but no response at all.

What should I do? Now the actual owner sent me a receipt worth Euro 115 with the words
"asshole give me my money back i didn't buy anything motherfucker"

I made a mistake and I accept that I have sent accounts to another email other than registered with paypal but this guy forced me to sent it on the specified email which is:-

[email protected]

I sent the accounts. Now what should I do? I have replied to that issue but that original guy seems to be from Germany as his email has .de at the end so please help me out mods and guys about this issue.

I have checked the accounts but this fking as*hole used all the accounts so I have just lost my money.

Hello mods could you please focus on this issue and help me.

You won't get back the $ if he used a stolen paypal. Your only recourse is getting him banned :/

What do you expect the mods to do? Ban him?

Even if they take your side of the story and do ban him, what's it solve? You're dealing with people in blackhat and you cry because you got scammed? That's like buying stolen artwork and crying because it's faked.

Honestly, $115 isn't really worth fighting for in depth. I've personally been scammed out of $200-300 deals before. Those arnt even worth fighting for.

lol... he might be old, but he has 27 lousy posts. Probably hacked an account here too.

When will people learn?

if it's his account you'll get your money...

this is an email i got like 20 minutes ago.

Dear ***** *******,

We have completed our investigation of the transaction below and were
unable to find evidence of unauthorized access to the buyer's account. This
case was denied to the buyer and no funds were recovered from your account.

people try to pull this stunt on me everyday, but they are dumb... if your scammer is smarter your money is gone :D

move on bro and learn for future deals, pp is gone and accs are gone, you made the mistake in this case and off course if its true that guy is a fu**er

Update:- Yes I have lost $115 even called paypal but paypal always protects against fraud so they reversed this transaction.

I have a humble request to mods that please look in to this issue and ban this user.

Yes instead of focusing on the past of what happened, try to come up with something that will deal with the fraud issues in the future.

e.g. Something like people with less than 100 posts will have to wait until the paypal funds clear.

Or make it clear that you will only send accounts to paypal emails they use to pay you with.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you are providing good services focus on making money and customer service. Don't waste your precious time and energy dealing with people who aren't worth the efforts.

@ businessminder

I agree and I have used to mail accounts only to paypal email ID but sometime due to work load I forget to apply this rule.. and this scammer forced me to send accounts to his yahoo ID. I know I was at mistake but this guy should be banned so he can't cheat any other BHW member.

I can see he is online right now but not replying to this thread. Mods if you get time please focus on this issue.

Hey... someone has used my ID...
I never deal with you before.....

I'm going to report to Admin!
Only tonight when I logged to BHW, I saw your PM....

Now I know you ll say that your account was hacked which I'm pretty sure was not.. anyways it is not my work to decide if it was hacked or not bcz here mods are real active and they can solve any case. I'm pretty sure they ll find out by tracing all logs..

When you do business via paypal with strangers you always have to ask them to transfer the money, open a dispute on it and then immediately close it as "solved". That way, they can't open a dispute again. You have the rep to ask your customers to do that while your customers don't have the rep to deny.

Many reputable companies that I've dealt with have asked me to do this when I've rented servers from them etc.

may be it is good trick to prevent from scams but it might harm our paypal accounts reputation. However to prevent from scams I always send deliverables to the paypal email ID.. but with this case I mistakenly sent to another email ID.

yeah...but you only hav to do it on high-value transactions with strangers...not on every transaction...

I dont know if he was hacked or not.

I think he might have been.

If you go through all his posts, his english is much much worse, then ones in PM's.
