Rules around here are treated with respect, be sure to follow them. You can just google what other providers are doing and copy their actions to find some clients.

Or you can open a JV thread here and offer to work together with someone who needs proxies, e.g. they come with their bot or method, you chip in your proxies or whatever you got there and you both make money.

Probably a lot more than you would get from just reselling them.
