Change password once again via phone, and dont use twitter on your pc. Problem will disappear

One more thing, which I forgot to tell. It can be an eventual hint to the source of the problem. I also observed that every few days, I follow 3-5 accounts without doing anything. Few random accounts appear in my "Following", without following them. Suggestions? I verified few times, and apparently my account is not connected to other apps. So how this is possible?

Do you have dev account? Maybe some app you created in the past is making these problems
No idea, I bought the account last year.

It doesn't let me to sign in. I click on sign in and it gives me an error.
I deleted the 2FA Google Authenticator, then reactivated again, changed the password once again, deleted cookies again, disconnected all the devices again. And...nothing. Someone is still sending messages from my account from time to time. I follow few random accounts from time to time, without following them, I don't who or why is following those random accounts (0-2 per day). I never observed any strange IP, all the logins seems to be made only from my IP.
Any new ideas about what is causing this and how can be stopped?
