Suppose I have a blog with 100 articles ( 500 words each) and all 100 articles are indexed on Google. No revenue from the site. What will be the price of this website that it will easily sell for?
How is a website with all posts indexed valued at ?

0. sites with no revenue won't sell easily. Even having organic traffic won't indicate any value. People who buy websites regularly will always look at your revenue first.
But this doesn't mean you can't sell it, you can but not easily. You will have to convince the buyer.

How are fresh created websites being sold as packages sold on BHW? Like, someone creating a fresh affiliate site or site with informational content for AdSense monetization being sold here? I see responses on such bst showing interest. These sites being sold do not even have all posts indexed.

0 if the 100 articles with 0 traffic. The site is a already dead. Might as well start over.

I agree with 99% of your takes.
The only thing that I don't agree with is the $0 part. Even domains sell for at least their buying price, a fresh website (even without revenue or traffic) could sell for at least $20-30...
But that's just me nitpicking, mostly you are right: sites do need to have (constant) revenue in order to sell
OP: from experience I can tell you that you won't get more than $100 for that site, if even that. If you sell it to someone who knows SEO you'll probably get $50-60 at most, and only if the content is good. But 500 words is too little IMO, but maybe you find someone like me who absolutely dreads and hates creating content, so being pitched a website with 100 articles sounds like a good deal to me, especially if the price is right (I would gladly pay $100-120 for such a site had I still had interest in SEO). But I'm not sure how many people are like me, so you'll have to search

But (and I think that I've said this previously), not all buyers are like me (conservative), so you shouldn't feel compelled to price your products based on what I say. That's what I would have paid had I've been interested in your website, but in all honesty, this doesn't mean that others won't pay more if they see value in your products, or if you can negotiate a good deal.
