Youtube HR views !!

Hello BHW members,

I've been recently testing some SMM panels and, as I understand, most of the resellers on BHW don't really provide High Retention (HR) views. For example, if your video is 5 minutes long, the retention doesn't even reach 1 minute. Is there any expert here who can tell me if CTR views are better for ranking or HR views? I've recently tested outside pannel HR views and they seem to be giving good results.

As you can see in this image, the average view duration is 2 minutes for a video that is 2 minutes and 33 seconds long, but the CTR is 22%.

Should I send both types of views, for example, 500 CTR and 500 HR? Can this improve the ranking of my video?
