Meta Verified - identity confirmation in review (stuck)

I've submitted ID for Meta Verification (IG blue check mark) 3 days ago and it still pending. It says it can take up to 48 hours, but it passed and the appllication is still pending. I'm worry that this "limbo" pending can be permanent, since FB usually do things fast or not at all.

Did anyone experienced same delay? How it resolved?

P.S. I did verification of same account before at it was like 20-30 min to verify. Used same docs and same profile photo now to verify.

Thanks for response. Kind of, I used fake driving license from my country, but it is 100% looks like original (plastic card), it is impossible to say visually that this is fake only maybe if check goverment database by number. I used same fake ID before for this account and there was no issue

Probably, they verified mine in like 10min but I heard similar stories like yours. The outcomes were them just never getting verified (stuck).
