How to be discreete about selling a sub?

I got a DM asking how much would I be willing to sell the sub. How could I imply to him how much he is willing to pay without getting caught of selling a sub when he could screw me over and screenshots the DM and reports me to a mod?

Tell him you would be interested in collaborating and not selling then take it to telegram. If the deals seem to go south a tiny bit delete the whole chat.

I agree. Take it off Reddit. Administrators can see your messages. Use e-mail, use Telegram, use any other service to communicate.

Don't talk about it on reddit, also be very careful as reddit admins will definitely ban the sub if they discover it. There was a case here some time ago where the sub was sold for ~20k and then banned.

I had the subreddit Commanders and everyone wanted it for the football team. I said one stupid ass comment as a joke and I lost it.

If you are not able to make money from it, ask for help around here before you sell it. Is your sub good for karma?

I'd assume that it's less volatile than running a blog, so you can maybe use a higher multiplier than the usual 30.
